Ideally suited for Small Businesses or Home Workers requiring improved internet connection stability and speeds. In addition to load balancing a maximum of 4 connections, the UBM 400 is our most reasonably priced desktop connection bonding appliance.

With the UBM 400 you can:

Bond VPN connections to satellite offices
(Requires Datacentre appliance i.e. UBM 2000)

Connect to Bonded ADSL and SDSL services provided by selected ISP's

Deploy a bonded WAN

Without a doubt, the most useful function of your UBM 400 bonding and load balancing appliance is failover, the ability to detect faulty connections and automatically re-direct data through all remaining, active connections. In addition, all UBM appliances can operate with High Availability, removing the UBM as a single point of failure.

The UBM range are some of the few load balancers available on today's market that will not interfere with your existing network infrastructure, seamlessly operating with your existing firewall and services.

As with all UBM appliances, the UBM 400 connection bonding and load balancing appliance includes integrated bandwidth monitoring and management software, allowing you to quickly setup and manage your network services and applications use of the available connections.
